Philosophy
When a client contacts Paul with a need, whether it be resolution of a technical problem or perhaps consultation on new product, Paul will establish himself as the “window-person” to this client. Although other talent or departments may be engaged in developing a solution, Paul will be your contact to help navigate the way toward quick resolution and avoidance of “red tape.”
It’s not unusual for Paul to have client relationships spanning many years. Extending the lifespan of expensive equipment is paramount to many clients and Paul will enter that long-term relationship so that all parties remain satisfied through the entire lifespan of their purchase.
Oftentimes, technical support may take place on bench, field, phone or all three! Paul is experienced and comfortable with all. And as a technical expert, Paul has worked with corporate sales to add his technical expertise, and subsequently brand value to the event.
